Automatic payment from credit or debit card
Regularly scheduled payments will AUTOMATICALLY DRAFT on the 20th of the month

Cost to Participate

$25 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
$30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Simple Steps to Enroll

Go to https://www.cvcc.edu
Log in to "MyCVCCPortal"
Under Student Self-Service, click on "Student"
Click on "Create a Payment Plan" (Nelnet Campus Commerce)

Target Dates to Enroll By

FALL 2022 - Payment Plan available on July 5, 2022

If you register for classes between July 5th and July 31st.

PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY

Availability of the payment plan is determined by Catawaba Valley Community College. Please be aware the College may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.

Balance Adjustments

PAYMENT PLAN DOES NOT TAKE FINANCIAL AID INTO CONSIDERATION.

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or class is dropped, canceled or added. You should review your agreement balance online or call the Catawba Valley Community College Business Office at (828) 327-7000 to comfirm the change.

Students

If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.

Authorized Payers

If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
