You are here: Elements Reference > Text Elements > Formatted Text Block without header Element

Formatted Text Block (without header) Element

After selecting Formatted Text Block or Formatted Text Block (without header) from the Text Elements section of the Element Gallery dialog, click the ghost text “Define Formatted Text Block (without header) element”, or click the Element Tool icon and select the “Text” icon to open the Formatted Text Block dialog.

One variant of the Formatted Text Block Element allows you to specify a header or title to appear above the text block. The other variant does not include the header or title. This can be changed in Layout Properties. You can also switch a Formatted Text Block Element to a Simple Text Block Element using the Textblock Properties dialog by checing or unchecking the "Permit rich-text editing" checkbox.
