Access this dialog from image reports and search results by clicking the More Actions icon 
for a selected image and clicking (Image) Details. Images displayed in the filmstrip view in image search results display similar details. Use this feature to view image name, title description dimensions, creation, file size, creator, last updated by, creation date, last update and version information.
You can optionally Recalculate Image Size. CommonSpot re-runs the logic that reads image dimensions from the image file and updates the database with height and width values. This step is typically not necessary but can be useful for verifying image data or to check images stored from very early versions of CommonSpot. Any changes display in the Dimensions field.
Administrators can rescan all images in a site from the Utilities left panel of the Site Administration dashboard by choosing Site Tools - Rescan Image Sizes.
