Interdisciplinary Read - Dramatic Reading: The Bookwoman of Troublesome Creek
Please, join us at Noon on Monday, May 14, 2022, by Zoom at the following link. Join students from the CVCC theatre program's Play Production Class as they present a readers' theatre performance based on this year's interdisciplinary read, The Bookwoman of Troublesome Creek by Kim Michele Richardson. This adaptation introduces some of author Richardson's richly delineated characters and dramatic moments of Cussy Mary Carter's journey through the hills of 1936 Kentucky as a pack horse librarian.
