Textbooks and materials may be purchased from the college bookstore. Books for a
semester are usually available 2 - 3 weeks prior to the start of the semester.

CVCC Bookstore Refund Policy
Protect Your Investment
NO RECEIPT - NO REFUND
- All refunds require the original cash register receipt.
- All textbooks must be in new and resalable condition.
- All Curriculum book returns must be made within two weeks of the first day of class for Fall and Spring semester and one week for Summer semester.
- Textbooks are not returnable if shrink-wrap is broken or disks are used or missing.
- Refunds for Continuing Education books are ten (10) days from the date of purchase. Some books are not returnable and will be marked.
- General merchandise is not returnable.
- Credit card purchases will be refunded back to the credit card. Financial Aid or sponsorship charges will be returned back as it was charged. Checks and cash purchases will be returned by a check from the college and may take up to three weeks.
- Book Buyback wholesale value is offered year round.
Book Buy Back Policy
You can get up to 50% cash back for textbooks that will be used next term, and are in
good condition, and are not overstocked in the Bookstore. When the Bookstore reaches its purchase limit,
current edition books may be purchased at wholesale prices set by a wholesale book dealer. Fill-in books,
books with excessive writing or highlighting or broken spines, missing pages, lab manuels, workbooks,
novels or study guides, etc, cannot be purchased.
