Catawba Valley Community College has an open-door policy to enroll, you must have graduated from high school or have earned GED, It is not required, but it is a good idea to set up an interview with Mr. Kirby the semester before you intend to enter to devise a plan of study. Students must pass a pitch perception test to qualify as a music major at CVCC.
