- Submit application for admission
- Pass a DOT physical examination and submit the DOT physical examination form
- Obtain a Class A - CDL permit
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Pass a DOT pre-entry drug screen within 30 days prior to start date of class for which registering
- Provide a copy of Motor Vehicle Record (Driving Record)

North Carolina Driving Record:
Students are required to have a 7 year driving record. The form will be provided in your registration packet and must be sent to the NC Department of Motor Vehicles with an $8.00 check or money order made out to NCDMV.
