CVCC Professional Staff Association Executive Committee
August 24, 2006

10:00 AM – Ashley Brown's Office – CAD Building

Executive Members Present: Doug Allen, Ashley King Brown, Karen Less, Joyce Watson.

President Doug Allen called the meeting to order at 10:05 am.

Treasurer's Report: $329.17

New Business

Discussion on Oct. PSA meeting being Pot Luck. Discussed the possibility of Anne Williams Chairing the Nominating Committee. Susan Killian, Sue Asp and Ashley King Brown to be on Nominating Committee.

Items for the agenda :

1. Pay increase – 6% across the board
2. 2% bonus later
3. Make copy of the President's expectations
4. Initiate Goals review – plan to adopt goals in Oct. 2006
5. Meet with President in Fall 2006
6. Meet with Trustees in Jan. 2007
7. Discussion on potential projects for PSA: working with Beautification Committee on the cost of vinyl banners for the campus.

The next meeting of PSA will be August 29, 2006, 2:30 pm at EC Room 1001.
