In addition to accessibility guidelines, left-pane options, and Accessibility Properties, you can also define data entry fields for many CommonSpot Elements to help make pages more compliant with Section 508. For example, the Layout Element (table) provides a Description (Summary) field.
CommonSpot also includes the ability to define default text in edit control fields, such as search fields, as shown below, to improve accessibility. You can define search field default text that appears in an edit control for a simple form field, search field, or for other fields accepting user-entered data.
