Copy Conflicts and Warnings

CommonSpot displays a Conflicts and Warnings dialog for actions that can produce undesired results, as shown below. This dialog displays the ColdFusion file name of the object you are copying and the destination subsite in the Subsite column.

The Status column displays the following options, detailed in the Reason column:

• OK: This item has no active dependencies. Click Continue to complete, or Cancel to exit without completing.
• Warning: This item has active dependencies - copying will affect other CommonSpot objects. You have the option of resolving conflicts before moving.
• Failure: Copying will overwrite another CommonSpot object. You cannot copy this item until you resolve dependencies.

Once you resolve problems, select the action and click Continue to complete, or Cancel to exit without completing. The dialog displays.

Once you successfully initiate copy actions you can optionally view Copy Status.
