Associate in Arts, Pre-Major in Criminal Justice
The associate in arts pre-major in criminal justice is designed for students who eventually want to transfer to a four-year college or university and complete a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Students are given the opportunity to complete a core of classes that are equivalent to the first two years of a university education in a student-centered environment. They also complete core major classes in introduction to criminal justice, law enforcement operations, and corrections so that they are well-prepared to compete with their peers at the university level.
