CAMPUS STORE REFUND POLICY

NO RECEIPT - NO REFUND

Curriculum Textbooks Textbooks purchased ONLINE or in the STORE may be returned to the CVCC Campus Store five days from the first academic day of class during the Fall and Spring semesters and three days from the first academic day of class in the Summer. After return period ends you will have three days from date of purchase for returns. You must present the original sales receipt at time of return in order to receive a refund. All textbooks must be in new and resalable condition along with all components. Textbooks are not returnable if books have been written in/highlighting, shrink wrap has been removed, pass code or CD has been opened or used.   

Continuing Education and Trade Books Refunds of Continuing Education and trade books are five days from the date of purchase. You must present the original sales receipt at time of return in order to receive a refund. All textbooks must be in new and resalable condition along with all components. Textbooks are not returnable if books have been written in/highlighting, shrink wrap has been removed, pass code or CD has been opened or used.   

Supplies, Backpacks, Apparel, Gifts, Study aides, General Merchandise Supplies, backpack, apparel, gifts, study aides, and general merchandise are not returnable.   

Computers and Software Computers and Software are not returnable. Computers may not be returned to the store for support. Please contact the manufacturer for all questions and support.  

Payments Credit Card purchases will be refunded back to the credit card. Financial Aid or sponsorship charges will be returned back to the student’s account. Checks and cash purchases will be returned by a check from the college business office, and may take up to three weeks to process.
