Computer Literacy
This course is designed for individuals who are interested in learning basic computer literacy skills (parts of the computer, basic navigational skills, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Introduction to Microsoft Word, and basic Word navigation and simple formatting). During this class, students will create documents related to job search and professional development to include a cover letter, resume, and employment applications as well as gain a new level of confidence to utilize computers for their job search activities.

- Parts of the computer
- Basic navigational skills
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Introduction to Microsoft Word
- Basic Word navigation and simple formatting
NOTE: Computer Literacy is offered at two locations during the 2008 school year. Please find the location that will best suit you.
