Basic Nutrition-So Do You Want to Eat Healthy?

In this 6-week class, students will learn from a registered dietician to understand basic nutrition so they can make a difference in their everyday lives. Topics include the basics of nutrition, meal planning, pantry basics, celebration eating, science of eating and eating for personal health. After completing this class, students will be able to make choices for a better health.
