HP LIFE E-LEARNING—OnLine Entrepreneurship Training

The Small Business Center offers free self-paced on-line business learning through HP LIFE Online Entrepreneurship Training available on demand, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Featuring 22 modules on key business growth topics such as Cash Flow, Effective Business Websites, Basics of Finance, Hiring Staff, Inventory Management, Marketing, Sales Forecasting, Selling on Line, Social Media Marketing, and more, this study is designed to supplement our seminars and counseling services-at your convenience!

This service is available through a partnership between the NC Small Business Center Network (SBCN) and the Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE).

CVCC's Small Business Center maintains a partnership with the Charlotte Law School through the Charlotte region of the Small Business Center network. Through this partnership, students at the Law School provide free legal service to SBC clients under the supervision of a member of their faculty. Areas in which law students can provide assistance are limited to:

- Business Formation
- Basic Contracts, such as independent contractors agreements
and employment contracts.
- Leases and rental agreements.
