Career Counseling
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling can help you in your career decision making process. Interests, values, abilities, experiences and personality will be explored to help reveal possible career fields for exploration.
Career counseling can benefit those who are undecided about a college major, those wishing to change careers, and those who are seeking confirmation that a selected career area is right for them.
The career counselor is located in the Catawba County JobLink Career Center on the CVCC East Campus. Walk-ins are welcome, but to minimize your wait please, call 324-5650 and ask to speak to with the career counselor to schedule an appointment.
Career Research
Career research is an important component in the career planning process. The JobLink Career Center has a library of reference materials, selected occupational computer software, and Internet resources to assist you in researching any occupational field.
