State Financial Aid
State of North Carolina Aid Programs are administered by the State of North Carolina. Detailed information concerning each of these funds may be obtained from the College Foundation of North Carolina.
In general, you must reapply for State of North Carolina Aid programs every academic year. Students must demonstrate continued eligibility.
North Carolina Student Incentive Grant (NCSIG)
Criteria: NC resident; enrolled full-time; undergraduate; meet academic requirements.

Award Amount: Determined by state of North Carolina
North Carolina Community College Grant (NCCCG)
Criteria: NC resident; enrolled at least half-time (six credit hours or more); have an Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) figure that falls within a range determined by the state of North Carolina each academic year.

North Carolina Education Lottery Scholarship (NCELS)
Criteria: NC resident; enrolled at least half-time (six credit hours or more); have an Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) figure that falls within a range determined by the state of North Carolina each academic year.

Award Amount: Determined by state of North Carolina
Education Access Rewards North Carolina Scholars Fund (EARN)
Criteria: NC resident; enrolled full-time; classified as a "dependent" student; be Pell Grant eligible.
