- Freshman students $3,500 maximum
- Sophomore students (32 or more completed credit hours) - $4,500 maximum
Unsubsidized Stafford Loan
Unsubsidized Stafford Loans are available to all students, regardless of family income.
PLUS Loans
PLUS loans are available to parents of dependent students who need additional funding.
Entrance Counseling for New Borrowers
If you are choosing to accept a Federal Subsidized or Unsubsidized Stafford Loan and you have never had one of these types of loans at this institution before, you must complete Entrance Counseling. You can complete this requirement on the web at http://www.mappingyourfuture.org/. This must be done prior to the first disbursement of your loan.
