Mission and Vision

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Office of Accountability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness is to provide leadership for college programs and areas in appropriate evaluation and assessment processes and to promote the institution’s mission and vision by nurturing an institutional culture of data-based decision making.

Vision Statement:

The vision of the Office of Accountability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness is to set the standard for community college assessment and evaluation within the United States.

Objectives:

The objectives of the Office of Accountability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness are:

To develop, revise, and maintain a unified process of institution-wide evaluation and assessment (SP 1.1);

To provide training for efficacious assessment processes within the various schools, departments, and areas (SP 1.1);

To assist in the collection and analysis of data for informational and assessment purposes (SP 1.1, 2.1);

To remain current on accreditation requirements and to direct reaffirmation efforts(SP 1.1);

Oversee the standardization of assessment processes within the college community (SP 1.1);
and

To assist the Office of the President as appropriate.
