Foundation Scholarship Application
The Scholarship application is only accessible through a computer on the CVCC campus. Students are welcome to use any computer lab on campus to complete the application.

If you cannot come to the CVCC campus, you can download and print a fillable application campus. Please mail in before the April 30 deadline.
Submit your completed application and all supporting materials by April 30, 2010 to the following:
